- Ability to comprehend revenue contracts with customers and summarize key commercial terms
- Working knowledge and practical experience of ASC 606/IFRS 15
- Practical experience on GAAP conversions - especially from IFRS to US GAAP conversion.
- Therefore, the ideal candidate would be 3-5 years experienced CA / US CPA with Big4 background/or alternatively who has played similar role in the industry.
- General Accounting
- US GAAP
- Working knowledge of SEC filing forms - 10K/10Q
- Comfortable in interpretation and application of SEC regulations in particular Regulation S-X and S-K
