Payroll Consultant

Kforce's client is seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant with recent hands-on Workday Payroll experience and strong multi-state payroll knowledge. This individual will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll in Workday while partnering with third-party providers for tax filing, garnishments, and payroll payment services. Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end multi-state payroll within Workday
• Manage payroll processing activities and payroll data validation
• Partner with third-party tax, garnishment, and payment service providers
• Support payroll tax, garnishment, and payment reconciliations
• Perform post-payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with payroll policies and procedures

• Recent hands-on Workday Payroll experience
• End-to-end multi-state payroll processing experience
• Experience processing payroll directly in Workday
• Experience working with third-party tax, garnishment, and payment vendors
• Experience performing post-payroll reconciliations
• Candidate must have, reliable computer and internet connection

• Experience working with ADP for tax filing, garnishments, and payment services
• One Source Virtual (OSV) experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
