MW Components, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to review, code and process vendor invoices in line with company policies.
You will perform 3-way match, obtain proper approvals, and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments. You will also handle payments (check runs, ACH, wires), maintain payment records, reconcile subledgers to the GL, and assist month-end close with accruals and reporting.
