Job Overview

Nationwide Turf Installation, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Operations Assistant to support our Project Management and Field Operations teams. You'll play a key role in making sure commercial sports construction projects stay on schedule and run smoothly—managing coordination efforts, tracking timelines, maintaining project documentation, and supporting logistical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination Support
    • Assist Project Managers with construction schedules, logistics, and daily operations.
    • Track project progress and report key milestones.
    • Coordinate vendors, deliveries, and subcontractor timelines.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Maintain organized project documentation and electronic files.
    • Draft and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and reports.
    • Prepare daily logs, material tracking sheets, and administrative paperwork.
  • Inventory & Equipment Management
    • Monitor inventory levels and order construction supplies.
    • Track equipment and tools used on job sites.
    • Manage incoming/outgoing material shipments.
  • Communication & Coordination
    • Support internal communications with field teams and managers.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, site access, and mobilization logistics.
    • Respond to project-related calls and emails in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, construction admin, or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Construction experience is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
