Position Overview

The Office Accounting Assistant will support daily accounting and administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and client accounts
  • Support payroll and expense tracking
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in accounting systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of accounting or office administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Quick Books or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, Pasadena CA
