We are seeking a fast learner to join our team in a detail-oriented, high-volume, deadline-driven lockbox environment

Must pass a criminal background check
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Excellent organizational and decision‑making skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Primary Responsibilities:Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Timely and accurate lockbox processing while meeting productivity standards
Mail Handling: Slice, count, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Batching: Open envelopes, extract and batch checks, invoices, and coupons per client instructions
Data Entry: Backup for entering alphanumeric data from source documents
Document Re‑Association: Match check images with supporting documents
Mail Out: Process outgoing mail based on pre‑coded instructions
Maintain accuracy and completeness in all functions
Follow all security protocols and operating procedures
