Position: Office Accounting Clerk - IMMEDIATE NEED

Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing Services

We are urgently looking for an Office/Accounting Clerk to join an established company on a temporary basis!
On-site in Pasadena, CA
$21-$24 per hour (DOE)

Base Pay Range

$21.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks related to the accounting functions of an organization.
  • Input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets, including invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and payroll information.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries, adjusting entries, and keeping accounts up to date.
  • Organize and maintain financial records, including receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation, in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents, making it easy to locate and retrieve records as needed.
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Excel to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of financial data.
