Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist

Full‑time

Wentzville, MO

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients in a way that meets their preferences.
• Ensure all clients’ needs have been met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or at multiple locations.
• Sales or marketing experience (preferable).
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous customer‑service experience.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
