We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Title team in a fast-paced office environment. This role involves administrative duties, maintaining title files, documenting research, and auditing calculations and legal documents to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process.

What You’ll Do
  • Gathers information to resolve title issues
  • Searches, examines, and interprets real estate documents
  • Audits calculations and legal documents for accuracy
  • Communicates recording information and prepares legal property documents
  • Communicates professionally with all customers
What You’ll Bring
  • Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams and external customers
  • Problem solver with strong organizational skills, detail oriented, eager to learn
  • Natural curiosity, enjoys researching the history and background of transactions
  • Thrives in a collaborative team to deliver beyond customer expectations
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of title related experience preferred

Pay Range: $19.82-$26.43 hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
