We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive work environment and supporting the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support office staff with administrative tasks
- Organize and maintain office filing systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
The Pay Range For This Role Is 28 - 32 USD per hour (O'Fallon, Missouri)
