Seasonal Receptionist – Client Service Professional

Join H&R Block as a seasonal Receptionist / Client Service Professional. Focus on providing outstanding client service, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling, and maintaining a clean office environment.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience
Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
  • Help to ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned
Experience & Skills
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
