Administrative Assistant – Savannah Office
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support for our main Savannah Office. The role involves client communication, vendor coordination, database management, and overall office organization.
Responsibilities- Communicate with clients and vendors professionally via phone, email and in-person.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Support day‑to‑day office operations including scheduling, travel arrangements and document preparation.
- Assist with long‑term office projects and initiatives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, email, database tools).
- Team‑player mentality and ability to work independently.
- Previous office administration experience preferred but not required.
$15 - $20 hourly
