Job Summary
We’re hiring a Personal Assistant to directly support the CEO with both professional and personal responsibilities. This role is highly execution-focused and detail-oriented, designed to remove friction from the CEO’s day-to-day life so they can operate at maximum effectiveness.
You will manage scheduling, logistics, communications, and personal tasks with a high level of ownership, discretion, and responsiveness. This is a true right-hand PA role, not a stepping-stone EA or operations role.
Fluency in Farsi (Persian) is required, or native-level familiarity with Persian language and culture.
What You’ll Do- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and day-to-day scheduling
- Coordinate personal and professional logistics (appointments, reservations, travel, household tasks, life admin)
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion
- Act as a reliable point of contact for time-sensitive requests and follow-ups
- Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and keep priorities moving
- Support ad-hoc personal projects and time-critical tasks as they arise
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a senior executive or founder
- Fluency in Farsi (Persian) or native Persian background
- Extremely organized, responsive, and detail-driven
- Comfortable handling personal tasks alongside professional responsibilities
- High trust, low ego, and calm under pressure
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and unstructured requests
- Experience supporting executives in fast-paced or startup environments
- Comfort working across time zones and remotely
- Familiarity with tech or founder-led organizations
