- Executive Support
- Strategic Time Management – Actively manage and prioritize the President’s time to align with high-level business objectives and operational demands.
- Communication Gatekeeping – Serve as the central hub for all incoming and outgoing communication to the President.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up – Own the end-to-end process of executive meeting management.
- Calendar and Schedule Management – Maintain a dynamic and highly detailed calendar.
- Travel and Logistics Coordination – Plan and manage all aspects of travel.
- Document Management and Reporting – Draft, edit, and format high-level documents.
- Confidential Support – Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), able to create executive-level documents, reports, and presentations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, managing shifting priorities, complex calendars, and high volumes of information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, drafting professional correspondence, preparing executive briefings, and interacting with stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information and executive-level communications.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, anticipating needs, identifying solutions, and taking initiative without constant direction.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing materials for meetings, reviewing documents, or managing follow-up tasks.
