As the Public Records Act (PRA) & Special Projects Coordinator, your responsibilities include communicating across Lottery leadership and with individuals requesting public records, working alongside expert communicators and a creative media team within the Public Affairs and Communications division, and helping maintain a positive reputation among California adults.
Requirements:
This position requires a current Analyst I exam. If you need to take the exam or if your score has expired, to gain list eligibility.
This position is headquartered at the Lottery Headquarters in Sacramento and is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule. Employees must be able to report to their assigned headquarters office as assigned. Eligibility for telework requires the employee to reside in California per California Government Code Section 14200.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and written/verbal skills are required. A positive attitude, forward thinking, the ability to take direction and accept feedback, ask the right questions, and complete multiple assignments under deadlines is a must.
