- Serves as the MST for Custodian Supervisor II and performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
- Exhibits a high degree of initiative, independence, and originality in performing assigned tasks.
- Maintains confidentiality and communicates effectively with the public, contractors, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Completes correspondence requiring knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Must take the Management Services Technician examination to establish eligibility.
- Has the required education, experience, and training as specified in the Classification Specification.
- Ability to work in a very busy atmosphere and handle a variety of facility and public contacts in person and over the phone with tact and courtesy.
- Potential exposure to communicable diseases and blood‑borne pathogens common to a clinical nursing environment.
- Must possess and maintain sufficient strength, agility, endurance, and sensory ability to perform prolonged sitting and extensive use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment.
