Consumer Electronics Technician

• Diagnose, test, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electronics, including laptops, TVs, gaming consoles, and speaker systems.
• Perform component-level repairs using advanced soldering techniques (through-hole, surface-mount, high-temperature).
• Execute engineering change orders (ECOs) with precision and minimal defects.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all repairs meet our high standards.
• Input and manage data for required materials and processes.
• Interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals to guide repairs.
• Oversee other electronics technicians.
• Ensure productivity for the electronics department.
• Keep electronics room organized and clean.

• Experience:
  
  2–3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing multi-layered circuit boards at the component level, including surface-mount component replacement.
• Proficiency with electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, digital multimeter, logic probe).
• HDMI Soldering
• Ability to solder under a microscope and adapt to specialized equipment and techniques.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Experience repairing consumer electronics
