Shop Manager

As the Shop Manager at Northridge Toyota, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our service department to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will be responsible for managing the team of technicians, coordinating with parts and sales departments, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Your leadership will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence at our Northridge, CA location.

• Manage and supervise service department personnel, including technicians.
• Coordinate repair schedules and workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with parts and sales departments to fulfill service requirements and inventory needs.
• Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and manage departmental performance reports.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to build a skilled and motivated team.

• Proven experience in automotive service management or a related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and automotive technologies.
