Your responsibilities will span multiple locations and involve supervising technicians, ensuring quality service, and fostering a collaborative environment.

$70k‑$90k base salary + annual bonus (paid monthly) + up to 5% commission.

• Provide cross‑location support to the Sacramento and Orangevale shops based on business needs.
• Supervise and guide a team of automotive technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform advanced diagnostic tests and repairs on vehicles, serving as a mentor and resource for junior technicians.
• Provide technical guidance and training to enhance team skills.
• Collaborate closely with service advisors to ensure clear communication and understanding of customer vehicle concerns.
• Oversee scheduling of repairs and maintenance jobs to optimize shop productivity and meet customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.

• Prior experience as an Automotive Mechanic/Technician with strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Excellent problem‑solving and diagnostic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment to meet or exceed hourly goals.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level.
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s required repair.
• Efficiently use hand tools and maintain dexterity.
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Maintain a brisk work pace in a high‑volume environment.
• Efficiently navigate a computer for scheduling, customer records, and reporting.
