• Develop and advocate for critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across quality functions and train teams on metric usage to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead strategic enhancements to quality processes and collaborate with the Director of Operations on a process improvement plan.
• Oversee direct reports, mentor, set priorities, and foster professional growth while implementing quality and efficiency improvements.
• Lead the cross‑functional RMA review board, problem‑solving process, and related projects.
• Pioneer defect‑reduction initiatives, improve corrective action performance, and maintain process control and compliance.
• Facilitate and support Quality Audits when required.
• Embrace additional responsibilities as they arise.

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a quality‑focused role.
• Prior leadership experience.

• Knowledge of 8D Problem‑Solving Philosophy.
• Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Familiarity with corrective actions and problem‑solving techniques.
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Bias for action and capacity to work with urgency.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, projects, and priorities.
• Collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
