Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Change a vehicle's oil, check the transmission fluid and other fluid levels
  • Inspect various belts and filters, and check air levels and gauges
  • Complete tire rotations
  • Communicate with Service Advisors to explain needed repairs
  • Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
What We’re Looking For
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus
  • Knowledge of automobiles
  • Effective analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude
