** Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a diligent and organized Lot Attendant to manage the organization, appearance, and movement of vehicles on our dealership lot. This role is crucial in maintaining a professional and customer-ready environment.

• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper placement and organization on the lot.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all vehicles on the lot, including washing, vacuuming, and detailing as needed.
• Assist with the delivery and pick-up of vehicles for service, sales, or inter-dealership transfers.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks such as tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Install license plates and temporary tags on vehicles as required.
• Relocate vehicles as requested by sales or service departments.
• Ensure the lot remains tidy, free of debris, and accessible for customers and staff.
• Assist with snow removal and other lot maintenance duties during inclement weather.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
