POSITION PURPOSE
The Operations Manager provides support and oversight of administrative functions to GPLA, a large team and part of the LeSar suite of firms, and other teams as needed. The role serves as a key point of contact between GPLA and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and communication across operational functions, streamlining processes and helping to resolve cross‑functional challenges to promote efficiency and effectiveness in day‑to‑day operations.
WORKING HOURS
Standard hours Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. This position is mostly remote and may require occasional travel.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Up to 10% domestic travel.
HOW YOU IMPACT SUCCESS
- Administrative Management. Oversees administrative operations and staff support, ensuring effective project tracking, scheduling, and workflow coordination across teams.
- Firm Liaison. Serves as a central communication link between teams, departments, and external partners to promote coordination, information sharing, and alignment across the firm.
- Operations Efficiency. Drives continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, ensuring adherence to procedures, and facilitating timely problem-solving across teams.
- Data Management and Tracking. Maintains accurate data systems and reporting tools to monitor financials, performance metrics, and operational outcomes for informed decision‑making.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years proven experience in operations or administrative support roles.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Proficiency in the following software:
Adobe, Harvest, Harvest Forecast, Hub Spot, Docebo and Click‑up are highly desired.
