Responsibilities- Network and develop client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to get a clear understanding of their hiring needs.
- Research client’s company, their competitors, and overall marketplace.
- Map role criteria and define position description.
- Identify potential candidates using a variety of channels.
- Evaluate candidates to verify qualifications match, compatibility, and cultural fit.
- Conduct confidential interviews and reference checks.
- Narrow candidate pool and present comprehensive profile summaries.
- Offer guidance and assist in the offer and negotiation process through to completion.
- Follow up with clients to provide assistance with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process.
