**** Business Development Manager**!
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ECT2 (Emerging Compounds Treatment Technologies, Inc.), a global leader in the water and vapor treatment technology solutions market. You will report to the VP of Global Business Development and partner with our global business leaders and team members to develop client relationships and solutions within North America.
This role can work remotely or in any number of ECT2 office locations with a preference for candidates based on the US West Coast.

** A DAY IN THE LIFE
** As a key leader on our team, you will focus on client relationships and business development activities primarily within the water treatment market. You will report to the VP of Global Business Development and collaborate with our operations team to provide value to our customers. This role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
* Prospecting and identify strategic accounts and opportunities within your territory.
* Creating and/or leading market/territory-specific marketing campaigns in conjunction with marketing and product management departments.
* Qualifying leads via phone, email, and research.
* Travel (approximately 30-40%) to represent ECT2 at conferences, trade shows, industry events and face-to-face calls with prospects across the US either individually or as part of a larger team.
* Serving as the main point of contact for ECT2 customers.
* Developing solutions for your clients by working with and leveraging the extensive technical resources of the ECT2 network and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
* Managing the funnel from initial client contact through purchase order finalization.
* Cultivating existing relationships and looking to develop strategies to grow key relationships
* Escalating client questions and concerns to management to ensure client satisfaction.
* Maintaining the company CRM (Salesforce) with all leads, opportunities, prospects, customers, activities, etc. to track metrics, share analytics and insights with leaders to drive activity and support the overall health of the business.
