Location: California

Chocolate Bash is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee product procurement, inventory management, pricing, and logistics. This role works directly with the Operations Team and CEO to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate forecasting, and strategic supplier partnerships that support our company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, purchasing, and vendor relations.
  • Oversee inventory planning, control, and optimization to ensure proper stock levels and timely product availability.
  • Analyze data to support demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and cost‑saving initiatives.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate ERP records and oversee all purchase orders using SAP Business One.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to manage import/export compliance, shipping, and delivery schedules.
  • Review and report on KPIs such as inventory turns, service levels, and cost performance.
  • Support the operations and sales teams with B2B fulfillment, franchise orders, and project coordination.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management (food industry preferred).
  • Strong background in inventory and pricing analysis.
  • Proven experience with forecasting, vendor negotiation, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
