What you will do as the Regional Director of Sales
  • Drive regional revenue growth by developing and executing a sales plan that targets clients across assigned territory.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team
    , providing coaching, pipeline reviews, and accountability to consistently meet and exceed goals.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with companies and industry associations to generate referral business and expand market presence.
  • Educate prospects and partners on the financial benefits and compliance requirements of Cost Segregation, Energy Incentives, and R&D Tax Credits through consultative selling.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities, adjust territory strategy, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical tax experts, and client services teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high client satisfaction, and strong renewal/retention rates.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally in the financial or tax industry.
  • 5–7 years of proven sales management experience (with 7–10 years total sales experience), ideally in consultative or financial services, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Existing relationships and networks with CPA firms and financial partners.
  • Strong understanding of finance and tax principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
