Consultant | Personal Care Contract Manufacturing 💄
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' key accounts and new business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge in formulation and Turnkey projects (Custom Cosmetics & Packaging) with Contract Manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the West Coast (Indie Brands, Masstige and Presstige).
- Manage Turnkey Product Orders for Cosmetics, Skin Care and Packaging.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Product Development, Packaging, and Operations.
- Hunt new business opportunities to onboard new customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 10+ years' of sales leadership experience in Cosmetics Contract Manufacturing.
- 5+ years' of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Turnkey Cosmetic Manufacturing.
- Technical background or strong formula knowledge preferred.
The position is fully remote - but must be based in the LA area.
