We’re looking for a Business Value Consultant to serve as a strategic partner across our revenue organization, helping expand and scale our Value Consulting program while contributing to its next phase of evolution. In this role, you will take meaningful ownership in advancing our frameworks, tools, and operating models, helping shape how Webflow communicates and quantifies business value for prospects and customers.

    Remote‑first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
  • Full‑time, Permanent, Exempt
  • Cash compensation:
    Zone A $153,500 – $230,500;
    Zone B $144,500 – $216,500;
    Zone C $135,000 – $202,500 (USD). Canada: $146,000 – $219,000 (CAD).
  • Compensation includes base salary, commissions (OTE), equity, bonus, retirement plan, health benefits, and wellness stipends.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic value‑based engagements for Webflow’s largest and most complex sales pursuits, developing and presenting business cases to executive stakeholders.
  • Build and enhance ROI models, total cost of ownership analyses, and business case assets that help prospects quantify Webflow’s value.
  • Develop tailored industry and persona‑based insights that strengthen business case development, value messaging, and executive storytelling.
  • Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and cross‑functional teams to elevate value‑based selling.
  • Contribute to customer value insights, benchmarks, and outcome validation that reinforce Webflow’s business impact across renewal and expansion motions.
  • Advance value consulting methodologies by leveraging AI, automation, and scalable tooling.
  • Maintain cohesive persona‑based value narratives and market positioning with Product Marketing.
  • Operate as a collaborative partner across the revenue organization, fostering a culture of shared success.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strategic thinker who distills complex capabilities into clear, compelling business‑value narratives.
  • Analytical skills: building ROI models, TCO analyses, and persuasive business‑case presentations.
  • Excellent communication: tailored messaging for operational users and executive decision‑makers.
  • Self‑starter with autonomy, initiative, and proactive recommendations.
