Business Analyst
- In Office (Pomona)

We have an immediate opportunity for a Business Analyst working within a Product Development Team. This position performs tasks related to the collection of data required to monitor project progress within an assigned and assists in analyzing work.

• Ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analyst with gathered document for the purpose of analyzing and drawing conclusions on the data and information
• Review business process documents as they are created for quality and accuracy
• Develop and maintain reports using Excel
• Excellent communication skills as this position is the point of contact for any communication between system integrator development team and the project sponsor
• Ability to work in a team environment to include advisors and owners to take on tactical tasks that move the development into a stage of testing and completion

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics or related fields
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the field as a business analyst
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel
• Familiarity with SAP and Samsara is strongly desired
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, and data interpretations required
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a must with strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of Supply Chain principles in material management, warehouse management and/or procurement
