• Support credit risk management efforts across a portfolio of millions of businesses
• Provide data‑driven recommendations and insights to inform credit strategy
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science to develop systems and workflows that automate decision‑making and augment investigations
• Refine tools and processes to improve efficiency and performance of risk management operations
• Monitor portfolio trends and account activity to identify opportunities to mitigate credit losses
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to scale risk management techniques across industries, geographies, and business models

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in credit risk or related fields
• Strong technical expertise, including intermediate SQL and the ability to leverage data to drive recommendations
• Analytical mindset with experience in quantitative analysis and visualization
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and proactively identify gaps and create solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
• Demonstrated project management capabilities for cross‑functional initiatives
• Decisive yet open to learning, with the ability to make high‑impact decisions quickly
• Understanding of the challenges faced by new businesses and ability to balance enforcement with user experience

• Familiarity with LLM agents and their application in risk management
• Experience with Python or R for quantitative analysis
