Working ConditionsTelework is a hybrid schedule. Candidates must maintain primary residency in California. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities- Coordinate, review, and analyze survey and complaint data required by Federal and State mandates.
- Gather, sort, analyze, and monitor information related to complaints and enforcement activities.
- Prepare monthly summary reports based on analysis results.
- Act as liaison to Headquarters and field office personnel.
- Work under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I.
