What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, pick-path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and lost/found bin issues
  • Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
  • Mentor team members on warehouse management system best practices and safety procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment using WMS/inventory-management systems
  • Proficient in operating material-handling equipment and common office tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends and recommend corrective actions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Six Sigma or CPIM certification
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing workloads and stand for extended periods
  • Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools and reporting software
