Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst (Excel) to join their team. As a Sr. Business Analyst (Excel), you will be part of the Business Process Improvement Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements, procedures, and system changes with minimal supervision.
- Use independent judgment to gather and evaluate information to recommend enhancements to business processes or systems.
- Lead efforts to analyze external market trends and internal data to identify best practices and future business needs.
- Apply advanced analysis skills to develop business process models, procedures, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to continually identify and implement process improvement strategies, ensuring competitive advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, and problem-solving with solution presentation skills.
- Extensive experience with financial and risk analysis, including preparing business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
- Deep knowledge of project planning techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in business process analysis using Excel, flowcharting, activity diagrams, and workflow models, along with advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
