Sales Operations Analyst II

Job Description

• Support and communicate the department’s Data Analytics strategy.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
• Provide ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis, and insights to guide decision‑making.
• Identify trends in sales and revenue data, uncover root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Partner with leadership to define KPIs and track performance drivers.
• Conduct statistical analysis to optimize sales execution and growth.
• Recommend improvements to sales programs, roles, and processes to maximize impact.
• Ensure data integrity by proactively resolving issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare and analyze market data, exploring new use cases and data sources.
• Create trending analyses of accounts and deliver ad‑hoc reports.
• Assist with SAP administration and troubleshoot reporting/system issues with IS.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance sales force support and efficiency.
• Participate in audits and analyses to ensure accuracy and uncover new analytic opportunities.

• Experience:
  
  3–5 years with a BA, or 1–3 years with an MBA.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, quick learner, and able to work independently.
• Advanced proficiency in SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce Einstein, and Microsoft Excel.

• MBA or equivalent experience.
• Background in medical devices.
• Prior experience in sales analysis.
