Role DescriptionWe've hit product‑market fit. As the Head of Growth, you will lead initiatives to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement while scaling our platform's growth strategy. Your responsibilities will include optimizing marketing channels, exploring innovative growth hacks, managing customer acquisition efforts, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align growth objectives with business goals. This is a full‑time on‑site role located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking techniques to identify opportunities and accelerate expansion.
- Strong experience in Customer Acquisition and Sales for driving revenue growth and scaling customer base.
- Expertise in Business Development and building strategic partnerships to propel market share.
- Proven track record in achieving organizational growth objectives with data‑driven approaches.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Relevant experience in the Web3 or fintech space is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
