Insight Global is looking for a Business Development Manager in Hawthorne, CA for a leading satellite internet provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive consumer growth across the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on strategic partnerships, bundled offerings, and new go-to-market channels to expand reach and accelerate adoption.

• Develop and execute growth strategies through partnerships and affiliate channels
• Identify and launch new customer acquisition models
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable, revenue-generating offerings
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Conduct market analysis to inform product and channel strategy

Salary Range: $95k - $120k

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales in consumer tech, telecom, or subscription services
• 3+ years negotiating and executing commercial deals
• Strong communication, analytical, and project ownership skills
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
