Pay Range: $18 per hour to $20 per hour per hour + sibling care bonuses + guaranteed mileage reimbursements (up to $23 per hour)

• An engaging, child-focused individual who is willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and other activities in families' homes. This isn't watching… this job means "doing".
• At least 1 year of childcare or nanny experience
• At least 2–3 childcare references are required
• Part‑time schedules are available (12‑30 hours per week) – Weekday afternoons & weekends are our biggest need!
• Reliable and insured transportation is required to travel to various family homes, families may also request drop‑off and pickup for activities during your shift
• Cell phone with data to accept and record assignments

• Orientation and training, employer‑sponsored CPR/First Aid, and California Trustline if needed.
• App‑based tools to manage your availability, scheduling, and job assignments, offering you the ability to maximize earnings.
