This is an hourly position with starting pay at $16.19/hour.

Our mission is to create safe places for vulnerable children. With more than 400 full- and part-time staff, we serve over 8,000 children, teens, and families across nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri. As an educator, you will create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that helps children reach their highest potential while partnering with parents and colleagues.

You will demonstrate exemplary infant/toddler responsive care, classroom management skills, lesson planning, and developmentally appropriate practice.

• Minimum Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (we can help you get this!) and a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 or more years of experience working in an Early Head Start Program or a licensed community childcare program.
