Base pay range

$19.00/hr – $19.00/hr

Pay & Hours

Pay: Alameda County Crossing Guards earn $18.50 per hour plus bonus pay. Shifts are available before and after school. If both shifts are worked, you will work 2 hours a day and earn $55.50 per day.

Hours: Monday–Friday, school days only (Before and After School Hours).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Preferred candidates reside in Alameda County for short response times to job sites.
