Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

Seeking a caring and responsible After Care Aide to help supervise students during our after-school program. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that supports the mission of our Catholic school community

Supervise and actively engage with students during after-school hours.

Assist with snack time, homework support, indoor/outdoor play, and organized activities.

Monitor student behavior and ensure safety and well-being at all times.

Uphold and model Catholic values in interactions with students, staff, and parents.

Communicate effectively with the After Care Coordinator, teachers, and parents.

Help clean and organize the after-care space before and after use.

Follow school policies and procedures, including emergency and safety protocols

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience working with children in a school, camp, or childcare setting preferred

Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Warm, patient, and consistent in interactions with students

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Practicing Catholic preferred, but not required
