A family in Marin is seeking a career nanny to partner with a stay‑at‑home parent in caring for their three children (ages 2-7). Care will primarily be for their youngest while also tag‑teaming with parent in the afternoons in caring for the older children. Responsibilities include planning fun engaging activities, laundry and cooking for the children, light tidying, and errands.

The best person for them is a career nanny with excellent work ethic (proactive, reliable, dedicated, and discrete); someone who genuinely loves working with children and is experienced with all ages (toddler through middle school). Candidates must be comfortable working alongside a hands‑on parent, can swim/supervise swimming, and has flexibility to travel 2-4 weeks each year (trips are usually 1-2 weeks;

domestic and international). This is a great opportunity for someone seeking longevity as they hope to find their "forever nanny".

• 5+ years experience working as a nanny with longevity in prior positions (5+ years) and excellent verifiable references

• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Spanish (nice to have but not required)

• TB and Tdap vaccine
• CPR Certified
• Valid driver with clean record (family provides household vehicle for work‑related driving)
• Career nanny with longevity in prior positions (5+ years)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel a few times per year (domestic and international)
• Genuinely loves working with children
