• Follow lesson plans and activities provided by regular staff to ensure a consistent learning experience
• Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
• Create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all children
• Manage groups effectively to encourage participation and positive behavior
• Maintain a high level of care and attention to children's needs throughout the day

• Complete a fingerprint background check (contact Penmac before completing this step)
• Complete required training provided by Penmac
• Ability to work effectively with children and staff
• Dependable, patient, and professional attitude
