• Manage field operations from start to finish on assigned construction projects.
• Coordinate daily activities and schedules for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain consistent communication with project managers and clients.
• Ensure all work meets Hercon’s quality, safety, and craftsmanship standards.
• Use Buildertrend software to manage schedules, documentation, and project communications.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise field crews and carpenters.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve jobsite issues.
• Enforce safety procedures and compliance with all site protocols.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Hercon Construction to clients and partners.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction supervision or a related role.
• High school diploma or GED required; construction education or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High level of critical thinking, reasoning, and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, subcontractors, and schedules simultaneously.
• Comfortable using construction management software (Buildertrend experience preferred).
• Lives within a reasonable commute of Columbia, MO.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Full‑Time

Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed

Onsite work throughout Columbia, MO and surrounding areas

Must reside within 1 hour of Columbia, MO
