You'll take full ownership of modular construction projects from pre-construction through delivery, coordinating design, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll play a key role in driving programme, cost control, and stakeholder communication across multiple modular projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

• Manage modular construction projects from design coordination through manufacturing and installation
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Coordinate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and resolve programme, cost, and technical challenges proactively

You will have:

• Experience as a Project Manager within modular, or offsite manufacturing
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders

• $100,000 - $130,000 base salary
• California based role - remote / travel to project sites
