About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Project Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience running projects as a full Superintendent and 8+ years in the construction industry
, with a focus on commercial and public works construction. Experience with lab remodels or highly technical interior projects is a plus.
This position requires strong leadership, field management, and communication skills, along with solid technical proficiency. Candidates with scheduling experience are preferred, but we’re open to training the right person.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all on-site activities from mobilization through completion.
- Maintain direct communication with clients, design teams, and inspectors.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
- Implement and manage construction schedules (training provided if needed).
- Oversee jobsite safety programs and lead all inspections.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager for seamless project delivery.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and quality control documentation.
- Attend and lead OAC and coordination meetings.
- Minimum 5 years as a Project Superintendent running projects independently.
- 8+ years of overall construction experience, ideally in commercial or public works.
- Experience with lab, medical, military, or higher-education projects preferred.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
