Construction Manager/ Foreman
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Foreman to oversee bridge construction projects and to help ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Foreman you will work closely with the Superintendent on coordinating daily operations on the construction site, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities- Supervise and lead construction teams to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to guide construction activities.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Proven experience in a Steel Foreman role or similar position within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of bridge construction principles and practices.
- Experience in quality control processes and techniques specific to construction projects.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply them effectively on-site.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups of workers.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction environment is essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
