Partnering with a client seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations and drive successful project delivery.

What You’ll Do

Lead all on-site construction activities for large commercial interior or complex renovation projects
Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, and inspections
Enforce safety (OSHA compliance) and maintain an organized, professional jobsite
Ensure high-quality workmanship through regular inspections and issue resolution
Maintain look‑ahead schedules and support project managers with documentation
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and field teams

What You Bring

10+ years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Proven experience on large‑scale interiors, TI, retail, or high‑finish projects
Strong understanding of construction means/methods and building codes
Expertise in coordinating trades in fast‑paced, complex environments
OSHA 30; proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
