Our client, a leader in commercial and industrial electrical construction, is seeking an experienced industry professional to join their team as a Project Manager in Torrance, CA. In this role, you will oversee 3–4 concurrent electrical construction projects totaling approximately $5M annually, including renovations, ground‑up builds, and commercial/industrial design‑build work. This position offers a high level of autonomy in project planning and execution, working closely with field foremen and reporting directly to the CEO.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in commercial electrical construction – either from the field or in a project management capacity – with a solid working knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical codes and standards. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive, people‑first organization that values leadership, accountability, and long‑term development.

  • Oversee jobsite schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate field operations with foremen and subcontractors.
  • Handle submittals, take‑offs, change orders, and documentation.
  • Visit job sites across LA and Orange County weekly.
  • Ensure proper procurement and use of materials and equipment.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal leadership.
  • Participate in estimating, pre‑con and closeout processes.
  • Utilize technology tools and software to support project execution.
  • Demonstrate strong communication with teams and stakeholders.
