We are currently looking for a Senior Regional Construction Scheduler (LAUSD CM-SRCS-0124-04) for our contract with Los Angeles Unified School District.

Salary Range: $147K - $168K

• Minimum eight (8) years full time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably in an educational facility or public works projects
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite
• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
• OR graduation with a bachelor’s degree in any course, plus two (2) years of related experience to compensate for the required education
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superior organizational and planning skills
• Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
• Understanding of cost engineering, scheduling and schedule forensics

The pay range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and skills. This is a full‑time, on‑site, long‑term position. Relocation funds and per diem are not provided.
